HSE Advisor

We’re partnering with a construction company seeking an HSE Advisor to support safety, environmental, and quality performance across a variety of projects in Victoria. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the delivery of safe and compliant construction outcomes in a collaborative team environment.

The exact nature of the role will depend on project needs and your experience — it may involve both on-site and off-site advisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities May Include :

• Supporting the implementation of HSE systems, policies, and procedures
• Assisting with audits, reporting, and risk management activities
• Contributing to continuous improvement and compliance initiatives
• Engaging with internal stakeholders and subcontractors on HSE matters
• Monitoring legislative compliance and supporting documentation processes

About You :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HSE role, ideally within construction
• Cert IV in WHS as a minimum; further qualifications welcomed
• Understanding of relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and adaptable approach
• Able to work flexibly across project needs and changing environments
