Associate Delivery Consultant, AI / ML, A2C ProServe Shared Delivery (SDT)

Overview

AWS Global Services includes experts who help customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. The AWS Professional Services team designs, implements, and manages AWS solutions to meet technical requirements and business objectives. The team helps customers achieve outcomes through a combination of enterprise cloud adoption guidance, migration strategies, and best practices across a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.

You will join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud. You will work with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their needs, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience with one of the following programming languages / technologies : Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C, or C++
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 2+ years of experience in Data platform implementation
  • Hands-on experience with building data or machine learning pipelines
  • Experience with one or more relevant tools (SQL, PostgreSQL, Data lake, DynamoDB, Hadoop)
  • Acknowledgement Of Country
