Responsibilities

• Take on this full-time position as a Clinic Coordinator and Hearing Care Assistant at Audika Kalgoorlie Clinic. Collaborate with Clinicians and Clinic Coordinators to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all clients.
• Learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
• Support a Tele-clinician with hands-on support during all hearing appointments, including video hearing and speech testing.
• Manage the equipment and IT required for video conferencing, and support the Tele-Clinician with fitting of hearing aids, minor repairs, and device troubleshooting.
• Apply tailored client-specific strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.
