Our client operates a respected, high-volume multi-franchise dealership in Townsville and is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead the next phase of their growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven performer ready to take full responsibility for dealership sales — with a strong emphasis on used vehicle growth, front-end processes, and finance / aftermarket performance.
The business has strong foundations and is currently rebuilding toward pre-COVID volumes. For the right person, there’s flexibility to shape the structure and bring on additional sales leadership as the team scales.
If you're a high-performing GSM or an experienced Used Car Manager ready to step up, this is a rare opportunity to lead a large, stable site with strong support from a hands-on Dealer Principal.
