About the role
We are looking for a Disability Support Worker for a part-time opportunity for our group home in Bundoora. You will be providing active support & engaging with the homes residents, five females in their 50s –70s, some who have complex support needs & behaviours of concern. Experience and care managing behaviours of concern is preferred. Some manual handling requirements are also needed. You may also be required to participate in daily bus runs, taking residents out to and picking them up from day placements. Shifts commence as early as 6.15am and end as late as 08.00pm. Roster listed below.

Skills & Experience
In order to be compliant, successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and an International Criminal History Record Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia in the last 10 years. A NDIS workers screening check is also required (where relevant to the role) and a current Victorian Driver's Licence is essential.
You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this opportunity.
