About the Role

As a Senior Civil Engineer , you’ll take the lead on complex and exciting built form projects from concept to delivery. You’ll work closely with architects, structural teams, and developers to deliver innovative civil solutions that meet technical, commercial, and design requirements.

You’ll bring strong technical capability, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to managing stakeholders and guiding junior engineers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead civil design and documentation for a variety of built form projects, from towers and stadiums to industrial and mixed-use developments
• Collaborate with clients, architects, planners, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Oversee civil modelling, stormwater design, earthworks, pavements, and site servicing
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and designers
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Contribute to proposals, project planning, and client presentations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in civil design within the built environment space
• Experience working on urban precincts, high-rise, sports, residential, commercial or industrial projects
• Proficient in civil design software (Civil 3D, DRAINS, MUSIC, or 12D)
• Strong client-facing skills and stakeholder management
• Driven, adaptable, and excited to grow with the business
