About the role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following :

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dedicated client set.
  • Train new warehouse staff within your area of responsibility. Manage time and attendance for operatives within area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and other departments to align client strategies with overall company objectives
  • Identify and address issues and concerns promptly
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions are documented accurately. Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

    • To be successful, you will possess the following :

  • Significant experience in within warehousing, or supply chain
  • Skilled in Warehouse Management Systems, inventory software, and Microsoft
  • Solid analytical approach to generating reports
  • Commercial Insight : Ability to make cost-effective decisions and propose process improvements
