Deception Bay State High School, established in 1992, is a co-educational state school situated just north of Brisbane. • The role of the Senior Flexible Leader involves
• Lead and coordinate Deception Bay State High School's Senior Flexible Learning Program, FUTURES.
• Coach Youth Support Coordinator and teacher aides in the delivery of positive education strategies, that target the improvement of student attendance, engagement, behaviour and achievement.
• Lead weekly meetings with Senior Flexible Learning Staff.
• Monitor and manage Senior Flexible Learning behaviour, engagement and attendance.
• Case Manage successful Pathways for students in the program.
