Paxus Recruitment is partnered with an Independent Performance Marketing Agency based 5min from Melbourne CBD They are looking for an SEM Manager who has experience with Google Ads, Display & Shopping.
What we are looking for
- At least 3+ years' experience managing Google Ads, including Google AdWords, Google Shopping & Merchant Centre, and Display & YouTube campaigns end-to-end.
- Experience managing a range of Google PPC clients across a range of industries, with a range of different budgets.
- Knowledge in planning, delivering and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, Google Display campaigns, Google Shopping (and Merchant Centre) campaigns, and YouTube campaigns.
- A strong understanding and ability to navigate Google Analytics, including setting up goals and conversion tracking for Google PPC campaigns.
- Someone who can confidently talk to clients and explain their strategic thinking
The Role has 2 Aspects to it
1. Clients
Lead client search strategy, present recommendations to the client, manage search campaignperformance against client KPIs.
Deliver against customer acquisition targets, managing the role and contribution of search against fullfunnel optimization (Awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting) against defined targets.
Working with the media teams, prepare search strategies (including Audience Targeting, keyword approaches, and test and learn approaches relevant to campaign briefs)Manage budget, closely monitoring under or overspend, traffic abnormalities, and opportunities foroptimization recommendations regarding spend and pacing the account
2. Team
Educate the team on evolving approach to evolving search / performance landscape andtechnology.
Work with integrated client teams to operationalize search performance capability, evaluateperformance opportunities
Manage the development of performance and search / performance-based talent.Build and maintain relationships with engine and vendor reps to ensure the accounts are healthy andutilizing the best search products available.
3. Technical Implementation
Your time will be allocated as Search (Google, Bing) 80%, Social (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter) Display & BVOD 20%.Whenever needed, optimize campaigns across the channel mix including paid search, display, paid social, and re-targeting.Why work with this agency
