New Home Consultant

Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, has two great opportunities available for our new Clarendon Homes display team in Brighton-Le-Sands NSW.

We’re looking for two motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our sales team :

• A Full-Time Sales Associate – perfect for someone starting or growing their career in new home sales.
• An Experienced New Home Sales Consultant – ideal for a proven professional ready to help clients build their dream home.
• As the welcoming face of Clarendon Homes, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for every visitor to our display centre while supporting our sales team with day-to-day operations.
• You’ll handle customer enquiries, manage leads, assist with marketing initiatives, and maintain the presentation of our display homes and office.
• You’ll thrive in this role if you’re confident, friendly, and highly organised, with a strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• You’re self‑motivated, eager to learn, and available to work onsite 5 days per week, including weekends.
• As an experienced New Home Sales Consultant, you’ll guide clients through every stage of their home‑building journey — from first enquiry to contract signing.
• You’ll qualify leads, present home designs, tailor solutions to client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless, professional customer experience.
• You’ll bring proven experience in new home or residential property sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a results‑driven attitude.
• You take pride in your presentation, manage your time efficiently, and are available to work onsite 5 days per week, including weekends.
