Overview

SIXT Australia is recruiting for a Casual Rental Sales Agent at Melbourne City. You will be the first point of contact for customers, combining strong sales and customer service to deliver premium service. The role includes handling rental agreements, managing bookings and customer data, and supporting our fleet with the goal of providing memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

You are the first point of contact for customers with a friendly, professional and sales-focused approach.

Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with organization and a service-oriented mindset.

Tailor offers based on a wide range of products and fleet to maximise customer value.

Efficiently manage bookings and customer data via company systems with accuracy and care for detail and security.

Uphold SIXT Australia's values and premium service standards, compliance and operating protocols.

Your Skills

Sales Expertise : confidence in sales with a commitment to a premium level of service.

Communication & Teamwork : effective communication with teammates and customers, proactive in seeking opportunities to improve performance.

Time management & Adaptability : capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Systems Proficiency & Attention to detail : strong computer literacy with attention to data integrity.

Requirements

Available Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends and public holidays.

Current provisional or full driver's licence.

Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable but not essential.
