The Role
The Collections and Recoveries Manager will manage a large collections team dedicated to streamlined functions and strategic initiatives for enhanced results.
Primary tasks encompass :
- Developing and executing impactful strategy for team deliverables
- Offering perceptive direction to staff, managing reviews and talent development initiatives
- Partnering with peers, stakeholders, and executives on processes, targets, and solutions
- Generating insights and evaluations to drive team performance
