Site Manager required for $30mil Industrial Project
Brisbane based location
$200,000 package

I am seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in industrial new build construction to join one of Queensland’s leading builders. With offices across every state in Australia, our client has established itself as a major force in the commercial and industrial construction sector.
This role will see you leading the delivery of large-scale industrial warehouse projects, managing site operations from groundworks through to completion. You will oversee sizeable project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on program, and to the highest quality standards.
As one of the largest builders in Queensland, you will be fully supported onsite with dedicated Foremen, labourers, and site administrators, allowing you to focus on leadership, coordination, and successful project delivery.
Key Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering commercial or industrial new build projects valued at $30M+ from start to finish
• Extensive experience constructing large industrial warehouses
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large site teams
• Stable employment history, ideally with long tenures at previous companies
• Strong knowledge of site safety, programming, and subcontractor coordination
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
