Job descriptionGlazing certification or apprenticeship and other applicable certifications Understand of safe and effective operation of different machines and other tools required to conduct job and projects Knowledge of applicable safety equipment and safe practices to minimise the risk of injury or damage Knowledge and certification of forklift and other mobile machinery as required Experience following company policies and procedures Team player and effective communication skills to be able to assist other workers as required Able to adequately predict how much time will be needed for a particular project Perform on-site glass glazing duties for the customers effectively Measuring, fabricating and installing shower screens Measuring, cutting and installing glass (glass replacement / hackouts) Measuring and installing balustrades Measuring and installing pool fences Measuring and installing mirrors Measuring and installing splashbacks Measuring and installing pet doors Measuring and installing tabletops Measuring and installing partition panels Caulking Putty work Keep the working area free from unnecessary hazards and make sure that company safety procedures are followed at all times Continuously learn new techniques and safe practices Help out with other duties as required
