Job descriptionGuaranteed retainer percentage commission while in training Uncapped monthly commission Company vehicle (fully serviced and maintained) Tools of the trade provided (tablet, smartphone, and product samples) Immersive and supportive retail team environment Generous discounts across all brands + access to EAP Rotating roster (1 in 2 Saturdays only) Retail experience Proactive mindset and ambition 2-5 years sales experience – Home Décor and / or Furnishings preferred Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license Capacity to work every second Saturday IT proficiency - PC / Tablet and MS Windows based programs Entry level Full-time Sales and Business Development Retail
