Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for data migration and HR systems projects.
• Lead or support end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation.
• Work closely with data architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout migration phases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases, with a focus on HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Support system configuration, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Analyse gaps between legacy and target HR systems and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Document data flow diagrams, business process models, and data dictionaries.
• Provide input into data governance, security, and privacy related to employee data.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Conduct impact analysis of changes to existing systems and processes.
