As a National Inside Sales Representative you will develop and nurture customer relationships via inbound and outbound calls, as well as servicing web enquiries. Prior sales experience isn’t a prerequisite as we place a higher emphasis on candidates with the right attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warm inbound and outbound lead enquiries via phone, email, and web.
• Answer calls, make calls, assess customer service needs, prepare quotes and onboard new customers.
• Provide a best‑in‑class, personalised customer experience for our customers.
