Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice in Windsor Australia. In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients while also providing chairside assistance to our dental professionals.

  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist dentists during dental procedures ensuring proper instrument handling and patient comfort
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments according to established protocols
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation
  • Schedule appointments manage patient inquiries and handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care
  • Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues

Qualifications :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using dental practice management software
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience in dental assisting or reception (helpful but not required)
  • A friendly enthusiastic and detailoriented approach to work
  • Willingness to collaborate with the dental team and contribute to a positive work environment
