Club Assist offers end-to-end battery programs for mobility club partners and automotive retailers, delivering to every corner of Australia, as well as roadside assistance services. Its extensive battery range, including lead acid and lithium products, covers automotive, recreational, home and commercial applications.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Digital Products and Applications, the Delivery Lead is responsible for establishing and driving delivery excellence across AMS’s digital product portfolio, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other applications.

This role will lead the creation and standardisation of delivery frameworks across AMS’ digital product portfolio, oversee execution across multiple delivery streams, and ensure AMS delivers business outcomes with predictability, transparency and quality. The Delivery Lead will act as the central orchestrator of delivery across multiple projects from intake through to BAU handover, including release coordination and CAB representation.

The role will work closely with stakeholders across customer growth, operations, and technology teams to coordinate intake, prioritisation, and delivery of initiatives, while proactively managing dependencies and risks.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Establish and standardise consistent delivery frameworks tailored to AMS’s environment.
• Own end-to-end delivery orchestration across multiple platforms and applications, from intake to production readiness.
• Co-ordinate release planning and represent delivery in CAB forums.
• Introduce structured tracking and resolution of dependencies and risks.
• Proactively identify and remove delivery impediments and manage risks.
