Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beach side restaurant located at Balmoral Beach just 20 minutes from the city. It operates a fine dining restaurant, a busy upmarket bistro, a Thai restaurant, function rooms, a takeaway kiosk, and an art gallery.

We are looking for an enthusiastic full‑time or part‑time Chef de Partie who is passionate about the industry. You'll be working in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on fantastic simple food cooked with equal parts passion and fun.

You will work alongside a dynamic team of chefs committed to preparing and serving great food right next to one of Sydney’s most spectacular beaches. Show off your skills and join our positive environment with plenty of opportunities for promotion.

• Proven ability in similar kitchens
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Bathers' is accessible via public transport and offers street parking in the vicinity. Staff meals are provided each day, and during the warmer months you can also go for a swim during your break.
