- Online Payments
- team, where we sit at the intersection of payments, technology, and trust. We help merchants grow while giving customers a seamless, frictionless way to pay. This role calls for a customer-obsessed, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence key decisions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, providing customer context, guidance and direction as needed.
- Work with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements and define product features and functionality
- Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and prioritised based on impact
- Be the voice of the customer internally and ensure that their needs are being met through the development process
- Work with development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct user research and testing to validate product features and functionality
- Work with the Delivery Leads to facilitate the delivery process and ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively
- Prioritise product features and create user stories for development
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, computer science, or a related field.
- 1+ years’ experience in product or technology environments, supporting end-to-end delivery.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. You understand how to use data to measure your product’s adoption and usage.
- Able to perform competitor analysis and form a clear view of the strengths and weaknesses of your product.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
