We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced fresh produce production environment. This hands‑on role involves supervising production lines, supporting the team, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency targets are met.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and adjust daily production schedules to meet DIFOTQ targets
• Supervise assembly lines in high‑care and allergen areas
• Operate machinery and train / support machine operators
• Monitor production output, efficiency, and daily productivity
• Coordinate staff rostering and task allocation to meet customer orders
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality standards are followed
• Monitor product quality, labelling, and packaging
• Schedule and support equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Lead, motivate, and support the production team
• Promote safe work practices and correct use of PPE
