Head of Engineering

We’re a fast-moving CFD trading startup building next-gen trading tech — and we’re hiring our first Head of IT to own everything across infrastructure, security, and systems reliability.

What you’ll do

• Lead our entire IT function (cloud, security, networks, ops).
• Scale a cloud-native environment (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Build automation + internal tools using Python .
• Keep our trading systems fast, stable, and secure.
• Shape IT strategy while still being hands-on when needed.
• Partner with product + engineering to support rapid growth.
