Develop, maintain, and facilitate the Processing department induction for the business.Develop the training matrix for approval by the Department Manager.Track and monitor department performance measures. Provide weekly action management analysis.Facilitate best practice in accident and Incident Investigations.Undertake Task Observations to streamline and improve site procedures and department work instructions.Coordinate the development and update of the Site Risk Register.Review and audit critical risk controls measures.Assist with safety campaigns, promotions, toolbox meetings and workshops.Manage department emergency preparedness and response in accordance with the site Emergency Management Plan.Support frontline leaders implementing the site injury management and return to work program for department employees.Coach and mentor department Health & Safety Representatives.Ensure that safety data within INX is accurate and up to date.Your Skills and Experience
You are required to possess and demonstrate the following :
Experience :
Cert IV in WHSCert IV in Training and Assessing3-5 years' experience working in a similar roleUnderground Mining industry experience is essentialExperience with INX is highly desirable; Pronto experience is beneficial but not requiredCompetent user of Microsoft Office, namely ExcelStrong organizational and administrative skillsAn approachable and positive attitudeWhy apply?
