Pool Service Technician

We are expanding our service team and looking for team members who can work as part of a cohesive team but also to take autonomy of their day without supervision.

• Have excellent communication skills and be well presented, professional and polite when dealing with their customers
• Have the drive to succeed and grow with an award-winning company
• Be able to work both as part of a cohesive team but also to take autonomy of their day without supervision
• Unrestricted C Class license
• Police Clearance
• Have excellent customer service skills, going above and beyond for our customers.
• Take pride in their work and use initiative.
• Technician's key responsibilities include
• Routine pool and spa maintenance including cleaning, testing, and balancing of residential and commercial pools
• Trouble shooting, maintenance and servicing of all types of pool equipment
• Swimming pool equipment installation
• Communicate thoroughly with office staff and record notes on in-house system.
• Maintaining a clean workspace
