Friendly, highly responsive, and solutions-focused, your role incorporates all aspects of inbound and outbound customer service, sales enquiries and orders, documentation, CRM maintenance and liaising across the operation.
This role calls for a personable professional with a polished phone manner, eye for detail, commercial nous, customer focus and drive to deliver results.
You could be working or experienced in any industry – if you’re the right person, we’re very open-minded. Bisalloy will provide full technical product training.
