Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture a pipeline of lending leads, guiding customers throughout their buying journey
• Assist customers through the lending process, ensuring positive outcomes and peace of mind
• Utilize credit analysis skills to understand customer needs and achieve successful lending results
• Develop strong relationships within the community, branch, and with the Branch Manager
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
• Support community initiatives and promote local growth

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in customer service or sales
• Knowledge of lending products, policies, and regulations
• Ability to build rapport quickly and assess customer needs
• Strong credit analysis skills
• Understanding of small business offerings
• Consumer lending experience is essential
