Role Purpose :

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team, reporting to the Assistant Venue Manager your passion is food, and you know your way around a drinks menu. You can’t wait to move up the ladder and you set an example for everyone in your team! You will assist in leading the team and creating a dining experience that keeps our guest wanting more.

You will collaborate with our guests by :

• Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators
• Leading by example and championing our guiding principles to bring the best out of your team.
• Providing a warm and genuine service experience
• Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
• Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
