Overview
The position of
Business Development Manager
aligns with their refreshed business direction and plan. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will identify and develop new business solutions, raising the brand's profile and capabilities among existing and new client bases throughout South Australia and the Northern Territory. This exciting opportunity will see you grow their presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Gathering and collating information relating to target industries and clients in South Australia and the Northern Territory
Keeping up-to-date with upcoming Request for Tenders in target markets
Liaising with the broader Sales and Operational teams about leads across existing clients and services
Preparing costings, quotes, EOIs, proposals and RFTS and ensuring the pricing provided is correct and relevant
Developing and delivering presentations for clients, such as proposals and PowerPoint.

Your Skillsets and Experience
As a high-performing business development professional, you will have a proven track record in securing service-based contracts for cleaning, grounds maintenance, security or facilities / property services.
You will demonstrate a solid understanding of the pricing and costing of commercial service contracts.
Education, retail, commercial and leisure networks would be highly regarded.
A professional, personable approach with good integrity and ethics will see you slot right in.
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and keep abreast of industry trends will see you succeed in this opening.
