The Role : As a Store Manager at Lovisa, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Your Duties Will Include

Inspire your team to provide exceptional customer experience, where every customer feels truly valued and respected. Create an inclusive, positive vibe in-store where genuine connections are made, and each visit is an unforgettable experience. We’re all about making our customers feel special, and you’ll lead the way!

Managing daily operations, ensuring that stock is well-managed. It’s all about creating an inspiring, on-brand experience for our customers while maintaining our 50 Points of Perfection in every detail.

Driving sales and achieving targets while maintaining a fun, Team-focused atmosphere.

Ensuring Team are trained, engaged, and aligned with Lovisa’s 10+ 1 Culture Commitments.

Providing coaching and development opportunities for your Team.

Ensure Visual Excellence by executing store visual merchandising with excitement and precision, making sure the Lovisa brand shines through and the latest trends are always front and centre.
