HVAC Team Leader

The Role

As a maintenance HVAC Team Leader, you will be managing a team of Technicians completing planned and reactive maintenance requests.

This role is based in Randwick, NSW.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of the contractual obligations ensuring that the contractual KPI's are achieved
• Manage daily operations of the Technicians, review various reports and assist State Manager where required
• Delivery of Maintenance Services to the agreed budget
• Build strong relationships and increase works on site
