Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the daily management of the restaurant. You will lead the team through busy service periods, provide crew training, proactively improve the guest experience, and support inventory and financial management as required.

• Experience leading a team within a busy, high‑volume hospitality environment
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Exceptional communication skills
• Passion for inspiring, leading and developing your team
