This role is an essential part of the NSW Recycling team providing the business with administration, financial and accounting support.

The role will manage the administration for all the Country Agents which is part of NSW Recycling, working with Schneider and SAP systems, and be responsible for all data entry as part of customer and supplier management.

This includes :

• Management of pricing and periodic price updates
• Stock management and reconciliation of depot stock intakes and transfers
• Timely processing of payments for wastepaper supply and other services
• Customer invoicing
• Periodic reconciliation of key supplier accounts to ensure suppliers have not been over / under paid
• Cost analysis
• Exception reporting
