ING Australia’s ODCR team is looking to hire an ODCR Manager – Continuity & Resilience based at our Sydney office.
As the ODCR Manager – Continuity & Resilience, you’ll play a key role in strengthening ING Australia’s ability to respond to and recover from disruptive events. You’ll lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Continuity & Resilience Framework, working closely with senior stakeholders across business, technology, and risk functions.
We’re looking for a technically capable and proactive individual with strong stakeholder engagement skills, a deep understanding of operational resilience, and the ability to drive meaningful change. If you’re passionate about building resilient systems and frameworks in a dynamic environment — we’d love to hear from you.
