What are we looking for :

We are currently recruiting for Asphalt Crew Members Away Works & Local Metro Projects to be part of and be trained into our clients Asphalt Crews , located at their Laverton Depot leaving Mondays returning Fridays for Regional works end of Summer Season. These positions will be short term finishing end of May.

Must be available to start 22 / 04 / 25 and commit to ongoing away works. MUST have either HR / MR or HC drivers licence. Must also have white card and traffic control tickets to be considered for interviews. Full Pre-employment Medical with D&A.

Monday – Friday day shift plus required Overtime

  • 37.64 plus superannuation plus daily overtime guaranteed
  • LAHA + Meals for away works only
  • Fantastic Team Environment and Management
  • Temp to Perm Opportunity
  • Metro works Mon – Fri start and finish from Laverton Depot

Duties :

  • Experience Driving Crew Vehicles and towing Loads
  • Road pavement maintenance
  • Asphalt paving & patching & Spraying work
  • Rake hand
  • Wheelbarrow work
  • Shovel work
  • Site clean up
  • Excavator & bobcat and Roller operation
  • Maintain Safe work standards at all times

    • Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years exp in an Asphalt & or plant operation or Construction Industry
  • Red / White Construction Card
  • HR / MR / HC licence with driving History and Experience
  • Traffic Control Ticket
  • Excavator or Roller ticket and experience preferred
  • Bobcat ticket and experience preferred
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
