Graduate Engineer – Distribution Operations

This two‑year program offers hands‑on experience, professional development, and the chance to contribute to Australia’s energy future.

What You Will Experience

• Asset Development – GIS, metering, SCADA; asset performance initiatives; collaboration with Capital Development team and contractors.
• Engineering & Standards – design, maintenance, asset integrity tasks; fit‑for‑purpose assessments and technical documentation; regulatory compliance.
• Strategy & Performance – long‑term strategy, network capacity modelling; data analytics; compliance; low‑carbon initiatives.
• Service Delivery – field visits, project governance, cost management, contract management, safety performance monitoring.
