Graduate Engineer – Distribution Operations

What You Will Experience
- Asset Development – GIS, metering, SCADA; asset performance initiatives; collaboration with Capital Development team and contractors.
- Engineering & Standards – design, maintenance, asset integrity tasks; fit‑for‑purpose assessments and technical documentation; regulatory compliance.
- Strategy & Performance – long‑term strategy, network capacity modelling; data analytics; compliance; low‑carbon initiatives.
- Service Delivery – field visits, project governance, cost management, contract management, safety performance monitoring.
About You
Recent or soon‑to‑complete degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related).Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.Team player, able to translate requirements into plans.Decisive, safety‑focused, passionate about sustainability.Experience in utilities or energy sector valued but not essential.What We Offer
