Our client located about 30 mins south of the River is seeking an experienced GP to join their team in a mixed billing practice. The practice currently has five GPs, with one reducing his hours and another possibly retiring later this year, leaving a very strong patient base for an incoming GP to take over. The team comprises three female and two male GPs, with an experienced Practice Manage. There are also two nurses who manage CDM patients, two receptionists, and a 2IC to the PM.

The clinic is very well managed, and the GPs adopt a collegial approach to working together in a friendly and team-like environment. The patient demographics are mixed, providing good opportunities for doctors who want to practice diverse medicine. An incoming GP can expect to be very busy here, with average GP billings being very high. The clinic has two treatment rooms and additional services, including podiatry once per week and Clinipath pathology onsite.

The opening hours of the practice are from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and on Fridays from 8 am to 4 pm, with no weekend work required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GP to join a well-managed clinic with a strong patient base and excellent support staff. The clinic is offering 65% of billings with an initial guarantee of $150 per hour for the first 3 months. Additionally, there is a sign-on bonus available for doctors who enter into a term service agreement, with the amount varying based on the length of the agreement and the number of consulting hours worked. The clinic is also willing to offer a flexible agreement if preferred by the doctor.
