Job Description :   We are currently seeking a Site Manager for an immediate 12-week contract position to oversee commercial fit outs in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of commercial fit-out projects, from planning to completion, including budget management, scheduling, and quality control.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders, including reporting on project timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Manage a team of tradespeople and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as required.
• Review and approve project documentation, including plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure that all project work is completed to a high standard, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
