  • About the role

    The Application and Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining applications using low-code / no-code platforms, as well as ensuring seamless data integration between various systems. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into functional applications and data flows, and providing ongoing support and enhancements.

    The analyst will leverage low-code tools and data integration techniques to automate processes, improve efficiency, and deliver innovative solutions and data integrity across Southern Cross Care environments and also provide ongoing support, maintenance, documentation and training in relation to Corporate business systems integrations used at Southern Cross Care.

    Please note that, although this role is predominantly based at the Corporate Office in Glenside, the incumbent may be required to travel to other Southern Cross Care sites. Some out of hours work may also be required as well.

    About you

    The successful candidate will have the following :

    • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology are preferable
    • An appreciation of large-scale and complex application environments with technically diverse users
    • Experience in developing and supporting low-code / no-code web applications
    • Experience with specific data integration tools and techniques. e.g. SnapLogic or similar.
    • Understanding how to work with APIs is crucial for data integration. Experience in designing, developing, and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP) would be highly beneficial.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript can aid in automating data integration tasks and extending the capabilities of low-code platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide ongoing maintenance and support for complex systems.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Commitment to meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
    • Proficient computer and keyboard skills and the ability to use Google G-Suite applications.
    • Understanding of corporate systems, such as CRM, Financial, Procurement, Payroll, and Rostering systems.
    • Good knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards and experience within the Aged Care industry are desirable.
    • Current driver’s license is essential
