About the Opportunity
The role manages a portfolio of strata claims end‑to‑end and requires strong stakeholder engagement. You will pick up the phone and provide updates and outcomes to key stakeholders regarding their claims. Preference is given to candidates with insurance / strata claims management experience but we also welcome customer‑service / retail / call‑centre superstars who are eager to learn insurance fundamentals on the job.
Internal title : Strata Internal Claims Adjuster; other related titles may include Claims Consultant, Claims Manager, Claims Handler, Claims Assessor.
