We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our product R&D team and collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to design, build, and optimise features for the CSG Quote & Order product.

What You Will Do

• Champion clean, efficient code by giving thoughtful pull‑request feedback and holding the team to high standards.
• Mentor and inspire teammates by sharing expertise and helping others upskill.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer needs into impactful, user‑friendly features.
• Take ownership across our systems : spot inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks, and keep everything running smoothly.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and trends to keep us at the forefront of innovation and productivity.
