With major road upgrades and new transport connections underway, this project presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in WA’s infrastructure landscape.

As a Community & Stakeholder Relations Advisor, you will support the Community & Stakeholder Relations Manager and liaise with the local community and local government authorities to ensure the project can be implemented as per schedule and scope, addressing day‑to‑day concerns of the community, providing updates on project progress, and helping achieve project objectives.

Key responsibilities

Draft social posts, take images, short videos, and web updates
Plan and deliver community notices, eDMs, letterbox drops aligned to construction milestones and traffic changes
Maintain the stakeholder database and complaints
Internal communications and engagement support
Event management
Minute taking at community and stakeholder meetings and workshops

What you’re good at

Experience in civil construction or similar industries, with strong communication skills, database management and content creation

Strong internal and external stakeholder skills and confident with minute taking during key meetings

Excellent organisational skills and able to juggle multiple properties, contractors, and approvals

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites across the project footprint
