About the role

Join the dynamic team at Power Golf’ as a full-time Club Fitter – Sales Person in our Canberra store. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to help our customers find the perfect golf equipment to improve their game. As a key member of our retail team, you will play an integral part in driving sales and achieving our business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing personalised fitting services to customers, including club and ball fittings
  • Demonstrating and explaining the latest golf equipment and technologies to customers
  • Maintaining an organised and well-presented retail space
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets through exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Providing a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for all customer enquiries

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the golf industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain technical features and benefits
  • Passion for golf and a keen interest in the latest equipment and trends
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Flexible availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
  • PGA professional qualifications desired, but not essential
