This specialist remedial company in Sydney is expanding their team and are searching for a Project Manager to work on Remedial Building Projects.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :
- Conducting building defect audits
- Conducting building condition audits
- Field work including investigations into building defects
- Preparing detailed and structured reports for various client types
- Designing and producing Technical Specifications for remedial building projects
- Administering tender processes
- Project managing remedial building projects
- Providing Expert Witness services (for some candidates)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE :
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the remedial building sectorA great understanding of building principles and designA great understanding of remedial construction techniques and materialsA sound understanding of the Building Code of Australia and Australian StandardsA-grade English communication skills – written and oralAbility to work independently and also collaboratively within a teamAbility to work at heights, on scaffolding etcMust have great professional ethics and operate with integrityMust be motivated and willing to make an impactMust appreciate the confidential nature of some of our workOTHER POTENTIAL CONSIDERATIONS :
