Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. You will play a key role in providing warm and efficient service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Hilton Adelaide is centrally located, overlooking Victoria Square. The hotel has 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Hilton Adelaide offers unrivaled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5-star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet, eat and sleep, all under one roof.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Uphold Hilton’s high grooming and presentation standards
  • Calm, efficient, organized with great attention to detail
  • Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner, including but not limited to serving as a barista or cocktail attendant / bartender if required
  • Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
  • Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared
  • Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
  • Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner

    • What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with electronic ordering systems and cash handling is advantageous
