As the Digital Data Analyst, you’ll be a subject matter expert in the use of digital analytics platforms as well as being able to make sense of digital data to drive performance across digital metrics. You will work with teams to ensure traffic reports and attribution is functioning correctly across paid and direct platforms into websites and apps. Reporting to the Digital Analytics Manager, you’ll ensure the accurate reporting of initiatives and create intuitive reporting artefacts for the wider business to use to measure digital marketing campaigns.

What you’ll do

• Collect, process, and analyse digital data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Create requirements for developers to capture data from website and app.
• Define data point creation and align with internal naming conventions.
• Design, create and maintain dashboards that monitor key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal customer and technology teams.
• Digital dashboard creation and insight sharing.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Translate complex analytics measurement into clear, actionable business reporting.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of experience in digital analytics.
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing metrics, customer lifecycle analytics, and eCommerce/conversion optimisation principles.
• Experience with digital analytics platforms - Adobe highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Have a natural strength and discipline in structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving attitude and excellent ability to collaborate.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and debugging tools.
• Experience within an optimisation program aimed at improving in-platform conversion.
• Manage time effectively and monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
