Transport Scheduler

What does the job look like?

Linfox partners with leading mining companies, providing specialised logistics services across the country. Our Resources and Industrial business is seeking an experienced Transport Scheduler to support our busy Hazelmere transport operations. You will be responsible for ensuring coordination and scheduling of all freight, fleet and operators in our Perth Metro Pick Up and Delivery operations. Key areas :

• Oversee scheduling and fleet utilisation to maximise profitability
• Coordinate rosters, load plans and other operational issues on a day-to-day basis
• Monitor staff KPI's including delivery window targets
• Data entry into SAP including payroll, billing and data processing
• Build and maintain an effective and successful relationship with the customer and all key stakeholders
• Responsible for managing site WH&S policies & procedures including injury management and reporting in addition to maintaining safety and training compliance registers and fatigue management
