We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our operational region. This position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and requests simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.
Health, Safety & Environment
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to improving health and safety within the operation
- Provide clean personal protective equipment (PPE) to visitors on-site and ensure contractors have their own PPE to meet site requirements
- Oversee cleanliness and hygiene of the admin building, reporting any issues to the cleaning contractor
- Maintain hazard awareness and report incidents to drive continuous improvement
- Act as a champion for the site access control system
Client / Customer
Display a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, both internally and externallyRespond promptly and proactively to all queries and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholdersEnsure adequate stock of consumables, stationery, and clothing is maintainedOperational Outputs

Manage meeting requests and room bookingsPerform general administrative dutiesOrganize and coordinate morning teas, lunches, and functionsFacilitate contract services, such as maintenance in the admin buildingPeople Leadership
