Your primary functions will be :
- Clinical Care : Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
- Wound Management : Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.
- Health Care Planning : Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
- Assessment and Documentation : Conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions on eCase.
- Pain Management : Addressing pain concerns and implementing pain management strategies.
- Emergency Response : Being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating the response as necessary.
- End-of-Life Care : Providing comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA Registration.Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standardsAdaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.Friendly and effective communication abilities.
