Your primary functions will be :

• Clinical Care : Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
• Wound Management : Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.
• Health Care Planning : Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
• Assessment and Documentation : Conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions on eCase.
• Pain Management : Addressing pain concerns and implementing pain management strategies.
• Emergency Response : Being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating the response as necessary.
• End-of-Life Care : Providing comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.
