Our client is a mobile private practice which was established in 2004 and services clients throughout Sydney, Wollongong, Brisbane, Melbourne, Nowra, Newcastle, Central Coast and the ACT. We are a progressive, innovative practice, constantly striving for excellence and always thinking outside the box. We are not your typical private practice and do things differently to benefit our clients and our staff.
Variety of Experience
Our mixed caseloads and the multiple settings in which we work ensure that our therapists are constantly provided with opportunities to develop their skills across many areas. In a typical day, you could be working at a school with refugee language groups, visiting early intervention clients in their homes, presenting to teachers at a high-school or completing dysphagia assessments in a nursing home. There is no limit to the scope of your experience and learning here.
Teamwork
Our fantastic Clinical Managers offer weekly supervision to our therapists and also develop fortnightly PD sessions and quarterly Learning Days based on each team member's areas of interest and professional goals. One-to-one direct supervision is offered for all team members especially new graduates. Our team is warm, inclusive and fun. We collaborate together to problem-solve tricky situations and support each other in a way that is always positive and encouraging.

These positions require you to provide mobile services to both paediatric and adult clients presenting with a wide variety of communication disorders. You will work across different settings including homes, schools, pre-schools, supported workplaces, aged care facilities and assisted living environments.
